Smile IP-DECT Base Station. Problem with subscribing Avaya 3725.

Hello colleagues.
We use S8300 and G430 with CM.
One of our Avaya 3725 is broken, so I want to replace it by new phone.
But I have problems with subscribing a user.
First, I created a user via web interface (name, number, IPEI, AC)
Next I subscribed it to our system (entered system name, PARK, AC, no protection). But phone doesn't work (I can't make calls - nothing happens when I press the green button).
Also in IP-DECT Base Station its status is "Subscribed". Extensions are already created.

I attached a screenshot with main page (there's an icon in the upper right corner, that is not present on our other phones).
I am novice to this system. Could you give me some advice why it's not working?

My mistake) Configuration was easy.
