Default VMPro R6 restarts frequently

I have a VM Pro running Rls 6.1 that sometimes restarts itself 2 or 3 times a day. I get the following error in the logs every time.

VoiceMail PRO Oct 5 14:35:16 VMPRO IPOfficeWatchdog[2295]: vmpro problem detected. Restarting

No other errors are present. Anybody got an idea as to what may be causing my restart issues? We aren't using any vmail to email or anything like that.

A Watchdog error usually means the system crashed due to a software bug. Are you running the latest version of 6.1? It should be 6.1(20). If you are running the latest version you should open a case of trouble with T3/4 support so a software fix can be developed and issued. If you are not running 6.1(20) then you should upgrade and if the problem persists then open a case of trouble with Avaya T3/4 support.

Thanks pd, we have upgraded to 6.1 (20) and it's still happening. I'll open a case and post back what we find out.
