To answer another thread I was playing with this today and seeing your thread I'll repeat what I just found.
The E129 can be used with short codes that are set to "Force Account Code". After dialing the number, on the E129 you will hear a beep and the display will toggle between 'Call' and 'Calling'. The beep is the system indicating that you need to enter an account code. Dial an account code and press #. If the code is valid it will now make the call. If the code is not valid you'll hear another beep and can try again. |

Hola, I have an IPO R10 (Recently upgraded) with stations E129 (recently installed). The issue is that, I've declared all short codes on ARS, some of them requesting authorization codes, with all stations (analog, digital, H.323) is working properly but when I dial an entry that requires to ask for the authorization code, the E129 simply ignore it, even if I program the shortcode directly on the user.
![]() I've checked with other clients where we installed same platform and SIP telephones (but with older release) and we are not having the same issue. ![]() Can anyone tell me what's going on? |
