Default CM 6.3 off-pbx-telephone station-mapping form

I'm searching for the definitions of fields on page 3 of the off-pbx-telephone station-mapping form. We're running CM I've looked in the latest issue of the Screen Reference doc; 03-602878.

Station Appl Share Calls Accepted
Extension Name Level S C H I P R-COR

The Share field allows a 1-9 entry to indicate the importance of sharing.

You can use this setting to share station name and station mapping information with multiple CMs in a multi CM enviroment.

Please refer to the EC500 chapter of the Communication Manager Feature Description and Implementation(link below).(more specifcally, pages 862 and 863)
