Default Broken Link CallPilot - Introducing compatibility with VMWare.pdf

Searching for CallPilot Reporter on VMWare,
Found SOLN201175 via search on page https://support.avaya.com/ext/index?...ITLED_CUSTOMER

But the embedded linked document CallPilot - Introducing compatibility with VMWare.pdf
gives page not found

Searching for CallPilot - Introducing compatibility with VMWare.pdf by itself returns nothing.....

Anyone have a copy of the referred document?

Hi bjagga:

I don't think this is a broken link, although I agree the message you are receiving is unclear and misleading. When I log in as a Customer (the URL you list specifies ENTITLED_CUSTOMER, so it would only be available to users registered as Avaya Customers to a SoldTo), the document opens for me. Are you registered as a Customer and logged in?

If so, and you still cannot access, can you send an email to support@avaya.com (attention: Maggie) with your user name or ID, so we can investigate further? It might just be an issue with your specific access rights.
