Default Interested in Media Center E169 but have some questions

I tried talking to the online chat support person, but he didn't seem to know anything about the product.

I work in a small office and we don't currently use VoIP.(I know very little about it) We do a lot of phone conferencing and our polycom sound station duo has horrible audio quality. I recently used an older avaya phone on speaker and the sound quality was great, so I'm looking at options with this brand. The E169 looks attractive as a way that we can use our own mobile phones to have a high quality speakerphone / multiple people in the room option. I have questions though.. if anyone could answer these, I'd appreciate it.

1. Can I use this without VoIP service? Just with mobile phones.

2. If we decide to do a VoIP service through an external provider, like say vonage, later, would this phone work with that?

3. Is this bluetooth enabled? We'd like to connect to it as the audio piece of lync/webex meetings on our laptops.

Also, curious if there are any other solutions to the above needs.
