Anyone has experience with the example in IPOCC R10 (Callback_QueuePosition).
In the readme file its specified that it holds the callers position in queue, and call them back when its their turn. But looking at the taskflow I dont see where its doing that. Thanks |

In the ivr there is an element with a callback time of 30mintes.
Where can i see that its triggering a callback when its his turn in queue? |
