Yes, many way to do it.

What kind of trunks/lines to the phone company do you have? If analog loop start trunks, you must check the box for Allow Trunk to Trunk connect on the Analogue options tab of the lines.

Then it is just a matter of pressing Transfer, and dialing the outside telephone number (remembering to include anything else that you normally dial, such as 9)

You can also create a phantom User, and unconditionally forward all calls to that extension to the external number. Then just transfer to the extension number as normal.

You can also use this phantom User in your incoming call route to send the incoming call to the external number without any intervention.

http://support.avaya.com ........ has all the proper software - you're looking for "Manager" for IP Office.

I've already installed the Manager Software, and I see the auto attendant

But when my reseller created my auto attendand I saw like a Flow Control Diagram and I don't know how to create it.

Thank you.

Default Call Forward to other extension after 3 rings

Hi,

I need one help.

I have one avaya extension 75275, I need to get this forward to other avaya extension 70438 after 3 ring.
I created coverage path as 70 for the extension 75275.
I updated as below:

COVERAGE CRITERIA
Station/Group Status Inside Call Outside Call
Active? n n
Busy? y y
Don't Answer? y y Number of Rings: 3
All? n n
DND/SAC/Goto Cover? y y
Holiday Coverage? n n

COVERAGE POINTS
Terminate to Coverage Pts. with Bridged Appearances? n
Point1: 70438 Rng: 3 Point2: h1099 Rng:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When I do the testing it rings on both the extension same time. Can you help me how I can get the call forward to other extension after 3 rings.

You need to start a new thread, not attach your question to an old one which is about a different telephone system.
