Default Problem Saving config file from cli to acli

Hello everyone,
i have a ERS 8800 with dual HA CPU (8895SF) running the version and i am using the CLI as my prefer command line interface. I would like to save my config file in ACLI mode and in order to complete this task i am using the following command at the CLI (ERS 8800):

JF13-ERS-8610:5# save config file acli.cfg mode acli

the attachment has a summary of the procedure used to save the configuration mode ACLI

when i tried to run the command i am getting the following error and the serial or remote telnet session got stunned.
