Smile CMS Supervisor report question

Hi everyone,

I can run many of the reports in cms supervisor ver. 17 I'm just not sure on the acronyms, so I'm trying to figure out how to get the fiollowing on each individual agent

Time spent on the phone w/ customer per day for the week.

Time available to take calls from customer per day for the week.

if anyone can Please help or point me in the right direction,

a step by step would be great I'm a newbie to all this or if someone can explain the acroynms that generate at the top of the reports and help me figure out what I wrote above
