Default Contact Center 7.0 Upgrade Procedures

Does anyone know where I can find the documentation with the upgrade procedures for Contact Center 6.0 to 7.0?

I did raise this with the EMEA Management and received the following response:

1)If you are an aprroved Partner or a Customer please contact your Account Prime or your CSM to get the information on the Location of the documents.

(OR)
2)Please raise a ticket with the Support team.
