Default IPOCC - Question about announcement

When I mark the topic "40211" it routes the call to the flow which has an announcement of 20 seconds and then the call goes to the agent.

I would like that those 20 seconds of the announcement did not count in the standby call statistics, according to the IPOCC it has a free of cost function but when I activate this function the announcement does not play, only the call sounds for 20 seconds and then it is linked to the agent.
