Default 1608 redial issue

Have some 1608 phones that instead of redialing the last number actually go back and redial a number that was dialed 2 or 3 calls back. Phones are loaded with latest load 1.3 and are working with a CM 5.2.1. Has anyone seen this?

Default 1608 Issue

I went through your post. Well currently there are no such issue reported for 1608 phones. The firmware that you are on is the latest, which is good.

After reviewing your post, I would suggest that you either create an online Service Request at http://support.avaya.com/ >> "Create Service Request", or call into the support center to ask this technical question, as this issue would require more troubleshooting with traces and other details.
