Default IP Office Hunt Group if ACCS offline

Can you configure a hunt group in the IP Office server to queue calls if the ACCS server goes off line ?

How do you route calls to the Hunt Group. Currently a short code only sends calls to ACCS.

I am sure this is not possible to happen automatically unless you manually change the destination to the hunt group extn number.
