Default lots of noise when listen to IVR

I just installed a new v9.1.0.22 IPOCC server and Server Edition on 9.1.3. When the call goes into IVR playing the wave file, it gets very bad noise and the speed does not sounds right either. It is not the wave file issue as I can hear it clearly from voicemail pro and I also tried the wave files coming with the IPOCC disk. The SIP extension to SE is set to G711A & G711U as default.

Installed the critical patch but still no luck.

Use the Text To Speech and it works fine.
Set the task flow to play the announcement using the same wave file and it works fine.

Looks like only IVR is having issue.

This problem is still not solved.
Even in version 10.1 there is a lot of noise.
Wghy can't we select an mp3-file? Saves a lot of harddiskspace and is much easier to handle

Regards, Peter
