Despite administered atd-qcalls and atd-qtime buttons, calls waiting in queue don't show up at the bottom of "One-X Attendant" 4.03. What could be the reason ? Thanks

The reason for "One-X Attendant" not showing calls in queue was that the language was set to "user-defined" in the attendant object, because the site is German-speaking. As "One-X Attendant" monitors the "atd-qcalls" and "atd-qtime" buttons internally, it does not interpret the ACM display message coming up in German. Changing the language to english in "change attendant <nr>" solved the issue.
Another thing is that in the vector, it is necessary to use "queue-to attd-group". With "queue-to attendant <extension>", the qantity of calls in queue is not shown in One-X Attendant. Last edited by rime; 09-02-2016 at 03:18 AM. |

Can you clarify what vector you are referencing in the following statement?
