hi,
we have IP office release 10 integrated to ACCS release 7. An ip office phone to ip office phone shows the name of the caller. This is fine. The contact centre agents are using Avaya aura agent Desktop and when an IP phone user call the Agent, it shows the extension number and not the name of the caller ! Has anyone else seen this before ? Thanks D |

Hey,
Had a same issue. Couldn't find anything. Ended up putting the names in IPO directory. Directory contacts shows number and name in AAAD. Cheers |

hi
thanks for the reply. i will talk to the guy who installed the IP office and ask him to do that ! I have a feeling that its the fact that the integration is done across a SIP extension that the name details are probably not being carried over..... it makes for a very poor integration from IP office to ACCS that basic names don't seem to easily work. thanks Darren |
