Hello,
Anyone have this come up before? I searched and couldn't find much. AAM 6.3 with System Platform 6.4. Customer has a primary mailbox of 1234 that has email notification configured. No issues email comes in and states message from 1234. They also have a Ghost mailbox of 1233 that they want email notification. I added the customers email address and it will email them but the email states it came from 1234 and not 1233. I'm under the impression that because the email was configured first from 1234 LDAP sees the email address and that is why this is happening. Anyone know if this can be corrected? Thank you, |

I am not clear what you mean by Ghost mailbox. Are you referencing 1233 being an additional extension for the 1234 voice mailbox?

materwey,
Ghost mailbox is a mailbox that doesn't have an extension associated with it. This one happens to be used in a vector. |
