Default CCMM 6.1 Configuration and campaign creation
Hello Everybody,

I already installed CCMM Server but I don't have the documentation on how to configure CCMM and how to create campaigns.

Can anybody provide me a documentation for CCMM please?

I'm having AACC 6.1

Hi Benny,

Can you try this guide ?

1. Administration–Client_6.1_100093199.pdf - (Page from 225 )
2. NN44400-106_02.01_PredictiveOutboundFundamentals.pdf

Unfortunatly I am not able to attached guide here due some network issue.
I will try to answer your query at my best level. If you are not satisfied with given document, kindly let me know me via e-mail.
