Default 9608 Phones break time button?
Our call center has an issue since we've went to Avaya regarding the IPOCC and break time. They wait until the very last minute before jumping up to go for a bathroom break, then have to spend time fumbling mouse, etc to log out of IPOCC.


Can there be a button put on the Avaya 9608 which interacts with IPOCC to use for break time?

No. There is no integration with the physical phones for buttons.
