OneX Communicator - SMGR6.1 - SM - PS - CS1K7.5

Hi all,

I have a trouble when configured OneX Communicator on CS1K7.5, while I creating account in Subscriber manager, the error was "Retrieval of the target failed. Please check system logs for more details" (in Presence account and Telephony account). Please help me to troubleshoot this problem.

Update the message:

ERROR admin: target Failed to retrieve targets for element with id: 405c213f-6f4d-11e1-a024-670dca51d386 caused by SUBMGR0000: Error in retrieving the targets from Service Provider caused by The server sent HTTP status code 404: /SMGR//presenceAccountManagementService/SECURE_OBJECT_ID/com.avaya.ems.Presence/405c213f-6f4d-11e1-a024-670dca51d386/AccountManagementWebService.secure

I a getting similar error:
