Default AVAYA ONE-X Mobile VOICE issue

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with IOS app "AVAYA one-X mobile IPO".
We have IPO v500 installed in office with linux Application server. WAN interface is connected directly to ISP and all voice is going without NAT.

When someone calls from 1608 phone to extension which is registered in IOS app voice is corrupted. But when I make a call back to 1608 phone everything fine. Also voice is corrupted when calling from IOS to IOS.
