Default 9621G/9611G Bluetooth Adaptor

Hello team

Customer bought 9621G IP Phones and now wants to use bluetooth headsets. Is there any kind of bluetooth adapter for 9621G and/or 9611G? Or, is there any trick to make the bluetooth headset work for those IP phones?

Thank you

You will need to use an external headset adapter with integrated Bluetooth support. Jabra and Plantronics are two headset vendors that make such a product.

The Avaya Bluetooth Adapter is not supported with the 9601/9608/9611G/9621G.

The 9641G - when using H.323 software - directly supports Bluetooth headsets.
