Ok, PLDS looks like it will become a great tool...at some point... My question is, how do we get it setup with all our Sold To's / systems so that we can generate a new licenses and or retrieve entitlement downloads?

I know how to and have registered Sold To's for PLDS. The issue I'm having are the LACs and HOST IDs. We have over 72 Sold To's and all but one was purchased prior to PLDS. At this point we are not using anything other than CM...no CNA, VoIPMM, etc... So, I have no WEBLM server and was given no LAC.

So, how do I get PLDS setup so that I can use it? We are a direct AVAYA customer (I know, one of the few directs, LOL!) and my GAM doesn't seem to know how to get me the LACs.

How to obtain LAC:

1. Submit order to Avaya with Sold to, LAC emails .

2. PLDS send LAC recipients an email with LAC and activation/download details

Registering to PLDS:

1. Log into PLDS: https://plds.avaya.com

2. Log into SSO with your valid ID and password
a. Ensure that your SSO account is linked to your valid email address
b. SSO will validate that you are not an existing PLDS user and send you to the
registration page

3. Enter your information
a. Enter your Sold to/LAC/

4. Click Submit.

It will take up to one business day to receive the confirmation of your access

If you have trouble getting LAC through above process please contact the PLDS support team with your queries.
