Default AVAYA SIP Ext can not logon

When I try to logon the SIP extension by one-x communicator, the status always stay like attached Pic and with no Error message. the Session Manager status is good in SMGR,

Can some body help to deal with this?

Does traceSM show complete registration dialogue? Client may be waiting for something.
