Default How to Replace AMS Element Manager Certificate

Does anyone know how to go about changing the AMS Element Manager SSL certificate to one that has been generated for our specific AMS Element Manager URL and signed by a trusted authority?

We can trust the Avaya authority that has signed the default certificate, but we still get the certificate warning when we go to Element Manager because the certificate was generated for another site than ours.

Anybody have any documentation on how to do this?

Melissa
