Cool Change Outside line access code on 9608 H.323

Hi,
I have a problem with the 9608 phones; I want to change the outside line access code because for default the phone bring “9” and I want to that the phone go out with “0”, I know that this you can change in the 46xxsettings.txt, where said:
Outside line access code
## The number you press to make an outside call.
SET PHNOL 0
I’ve changed this part and send to the phone again, but when someone press History and after Call the call out with “9” instead of “0”.
I would appreciate help me with this.
Thanks!!!.

What firmware is the phone on ?
when you change the 46xxsettings.txt , clear the phone down to factory settings and reload the settings file and retest..

Default

Please make sure you have set the "
ENHANCED LOCAL DIALING RULES" correctly , i.e your extension length, outside access code, enable dialing rule etc.

make sure the outside access code is your ARS fac code, also make sure call-type analysis is not used in CM.

if all these are correct, then your phone has not downloaded the right settings file, check the file server logs and see if the phone picked the new setting file.

Regards
Sunil
