Default Replacement IP Office 500 hardware

We have purchase another IP Office 500 hardware unit complete with cards as a spare in case the hardware on our existing one fails.

I've tried loading our live server's backup onto the replacement unit (File --> Offline --> Open File) then Send Config but when I try to save the config as Immediate the progress bar stops and the error "Failed to save the configuration data. (session timeout)" occurs.

I can backup and restore from the default setup of the new box so I'm guessing there's something in my live config backup file that is stopping this.

Would anyone have any idea where I'm going wrong please ?

What software version is running on the new IP500 and what version did your config source from?
