Talking IPOCC R10 Wallboard not showing any data

Hi , i recently installed a R10 IP OFFICE CONTACT CENTER , the problem is that everything is working correctly but when you access the Wallboard everything shows at default scores , has anyone solved this before?

I actually repaired tomcat , reinstalled wallboard.

has the logged in user permission (supervisor) and authorization for the topics, ag ...?
do you used the templates or own elements?
have you checked if wall board licence present?
