Default IPOffice 406 new IP400 issues

We have an old IPOffice 406 and one of our analog modules burnt out, I have replaced it with a 16 port IP400 and its detected and has the correct firmware.

The issue is that it comes up as 16 lines rather than extensions and there is no dial tone. How do I make them analog extensions?

Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you got an analog trunk module 16 and not a phone 16, there's no options to change you just need the correct hardware.
