We have recently gone live at our sight with Avaya Oceana 3.8 we are experiencing a strange scenario where the multiple calls will get merged into on large segment usually around 2 HR (as configured in ACR) has anyone experience the similar scenario where the calls get merged into one large segment Products include Avaya Oceana 3.8 CM 8 AES 8 AWFOS 15 |
