Post CM Rls 7 are SIP calls now preserved during an interchange?

Hi all,

I am looking into what does and doesn't get preserved during an duplex interchange and it would appear that SIP calls are not preserved.

https://support.avaya.com/ext/index?...ITLED_CUSTOMER

The solution says that this maybe fixed in Rls 7 but I cannot find any reference to that being the case.

Has anyone had any experience of this? Or indeed is there a definitive list of what is and isn't preserved during an interchange.

Cheers

Dave

Hello,

the PSN in the solution article does not talk about any SIP related issue during fail over. as per my understanding any stable call should survive an warm interchange
