I permanently deleted a user from system manager expecting that the user would be automatically be recreated after the next LDAP database synchronization. The system did not synchronize the user in System Manager after I permanently deleted the user. It appears my only option now is to manually create the user as new. Any idea why the user isn't being picked up by the database sync?

I checked with Design and Support there are no known issues that would result in the problem listed in this thread. If you open a service request the team can take a look at the issue you are having. The user should be created on the sync.
