Default Communication Manager 8.1.3.3 - Standby is less healthy than Active

Hi folks

Newly installed CMs with the latest patches and hardened to DoD requirements. Using SMGR as CA.

Every time I attempt to interchange from CM 1 to CM 2, I get a message "Standby is less healthy than Active".

Seems I've ran into this over the years and, it was an easy fix. Just cannot recall nor find information on the fix.

Any ideas? No alarms except the 5 of 6 total G450s not in service yet.

Thanks!

Default

What is the status of the duplication link and memory shadowing? Also check the process status on the standby to verify all services are running: statapp

If the system is using port networks, make sure the standby is able to reach all IPSIs: pingall -a
