AACC 6.4 - Sip environment with AMS and CM6
I have follow issue: sometimes, list of application amd Skillset in Real time and historical report, are not available for filter and selecting. It's seem that they disappear from partition and the only way to show them again, is restart service out of working hour. The same problem is facing with webadmin web user. Also real time report are blocked because no Application or skillset are available in partition. If i try to see partition configuration, relative tabs are empty. Do you know if therìs a workaround to solve this issue without closing contact center (for example restarting a single service without impact to service)? Regards |
