Default IP DECT slave base station setup

I had a master station connected with IP office 500 v2 (11.1.1.0) working fine but had difficulty having two slave base stations connected to the master.

1. IP address is correct.
2. DECT Name and Password are correct.
However, the status of the slave station shows: No connection to the Master.
Reason: Registration timeout. (Code 0x1).

I did reset the slave station many times but no luck.
Would you please help give me some hints on where go wrong?
Many thanks
