Post IPTC card not dialing out

I am using Proactive Contact 5 with PG230 and IPTC card

when i try to login the agent it as for extension when i give the extension the agent is not receiving the dial back call from the dialer. its gives a TimeOut message

any idea?

Is the agent logged into the ACD or phone system? Try inputting the direct line, rather than the extension. Also, you must also input 91 before the number (including area code). So, example: Instead of entering extension 22222, you should try 911234562222
