Hi,
Just to make sure...Check you customer-options and confirm that EAS is enabled on the system...Then check the agent that you are logging in...On the second page of the agent...What is the skill number that you setup...If it is "21" ...go "change hunt 21" and confirm that it is set to skill "y" I don`t think this is something to do with the phone but more to the licenses or configuration |
