Hi,
I have deployed an Avaya Aura Confenrencing in my lab, however whenever I dial the conference bridge number the pin numbers are not accepted. Anyone found a similar problem? Alex |

Hi Alex,
I haven't come across such scenario. Have you tried taking traces and see if you can find where the issue is coming up? You may double check the configuration guide in the URL link below: https://support.avaya.com/css/appman...40_7#documents or I may suggest you can open up an online service request with Avaya if you need a deeper troubleshooting. I have solved the issue. I installed SP5 for CM 5.2 and the system now accepts the DTMF.
