Default Downloading the VMware .OVA templates for Aura

Hi,

Is there a trick to downloading the Aura VMware .OVA templates? I know that they exist but I can't find them anywhere in PLDS.

I can find and download the latest versions of the templates for System Platform, but the .OVA templates for VMware simply aren't there.

Should these be available? Maybe I need to order something so that they are available in my PLDS account?

Cheers,
David

Default vappliance download

In plds, change to "service mode", select the customer, then in the field "%Download name", try the following search strings:
%ova (yields System Manager 6.3 vappliance)
%vappliance (yields AES 6.2 vappliance)
For Communication Manager, in support.avaya.com , log in with credentials, then in search box at top left, paste: Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 6.2 Solution Templates
Select the first result, the page that comes up shows the .ova available for download at the bottom. Clicking on the links opens plds at the right page for the ova download.
