Conference restrictions when using QSIG

Has anybody experienced problems where there is only a 3 party conference limit?

My customer has a QSIG link to an Avaya Index and since that link has become active they can only have 3 parties in a conference call regardless of whether the parties are all ACM, all Index or a mix of the two both with and without external parties.

Independantly the ACM should support 6 parties and the Index 64 parties so I can't understand where the 3 party restriction is being applied.

What kind of phones are you using? If you have analog telephones, then only three parties can participate in the conference.
