CMM R6 How to login by ASA

I am experiencing added a customer login to manage CMM by web browser.Who one know how to setup a login account can be admin by ASA.Thanks.

We have the same issue, there is no access to the cmm as described in the manual.
the manual refers to logging into the virtual machine and then to su - root.

root is challenged
sroot is challenged
craft is challenged.

sa is not allowed to be created on the administrator accounts.

please advise how we add subscribers via ASA as we need to add over 800 !!

In CMM 6.x, CMM administration is total web-based. Access to Messaging using shell/ASA is not available/supported.
To access CMM from web, you can create logins for prof18 or Privileged Administrator - which I believe you are already aware of and already using.
