How to setup the mobile worker?

Hi All,

How to setup the mobile worker for IP Office 500 V2, whether need install OneX portal? for mobile use which app?
I'm totally new for this setup,
Someone please teach me of send me some setup guide.

First you need to have a SSL or IPsec VPN , use UTMs like Sonicwall or Cisco .

Once you establish VPN connection , you can either use One-X , or SIP dialers like X-Lite .
SIP need third party SIP endpoint license on Avaya

For One-x you need to have a server in addition to Avaya IP box , if you dont have Avaya server edition .

Hi Claudion,

Thanks for reply, I will inform customer need the VPN connection.
Customer only bought 5 Mobile worker license,he just want use Mobile phone to connect to Avaya IPO.
Is don't have SIP endpoint license.

Whether this can be setup?
Whether you have the guide or step of configuration on OneX portal?
Which Mobile app to download?

You can use SIP clients like x-lite (windows ) , Zoiper ( android , IPhone ) ,
