Aacc - ccxml

I am attempting to merge a call with AAEP and AACC using CCXML and I am not seeing the pattern of events I would expect. I receive a connection.connected event when the call is ringing at the agent desktop. How can I tell when the agent has answered the phone?

Did You try do it using join instead of merge?

After SIP merge AAEP is no longer in the call.
When you create conference and use join you should be able to get all events: connected and disonnected as well.

I'm facing CLID Issue - When Call transferred from AACC agent to IVR.

Could anyone help me to write Customize ccxml Script to get the CLID with PAI Header.

i'm using Blind transfer mode on my IVR application, though people suggesting to write customized ccxml files, please help me to share some ccxml application on to retrive this
