We have a user who is trying to log onto CMS R17 from a PC other than his own. He receive a connection error message. When he's back on his own PC, his ID works okay. Both PC are running Windows 7. The PC that is having the issue, has had the CMS server properties verified. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Please check if any other user is able to login on affected PC. Incase no one is able to login, pleas euninstall supervisor using below steps and install again: Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs Remove CVS software Go to Windows Explorer When found, delete all instances and dump them from your Recycle Bin. Go into Start, Run window Type in "regedit" Registry Editor window opens HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (drill down) Go to SOFTWARE Look for Avaya folders and delete anything related to Supervisor. Reboot PC Reinstall CVS Software I hope it helps. |
