Default i2050 phone problem - URGENT


I have installed i2050 4.0 on laptop for BCM50. I am remote and I VPN into my office. i2050 was working fine until I found my VPN connetion was lost, I reconnected VPN since than i2050 is not working, I can make and receive calls but speech path both ways in not there. Also I cannot exit out of i2050 I had to kill the process.

When I uninstall it does not remove the folder i manually remove it. When I reinstall it remembers all the setttings and the same problem. Please help.
