Default 5520 POE 24 port switch basic config

Hi all,
Can someone please help me with a basic config for a 5520 switch to be used with POE cameras for home surveillance? I was looking to view and access cameras remotely, internet will be provided by my Fios router.
Thank you

Default

I finally got passed the initial config and was able to create two Vlans - vlan100 (192.168.100.1 ) and vlan200 (192.168.200.1). However, vlans are not communicating with each other even after issuing command ip routing saving config and rebooting. Vlan2 is not getting out to the Internet either even after adding static route to my Fios router.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
