Post AACC Skillset report does not match Multimedia Contacts Received

I have a report that for Skillset report for 1 skillset for the month of April is around 1600 and in the Contacts received in the multimedia reports state approx 4600.

When I complete a search in AAAD for that skillset for the month of April it matches the 4600 figure.

I assume that the Multimedia - Contacts received by skillset is correct.
Why do only one third of contacts peg in the skillset performance report?

Any ideas? or is there an issue?
