Default AACC Email receipt confirmation

Is there any possibility to have receipt/read confirmation of the email sent form AACC?

How to change the email header of AACC email in order to add following lines in it:

X-Confirm-Reading-To: Disposition-Notification-To: or Return-Receipt-To:

Thanks for your assistance

Hi,

Please open up a new SR with Avaya for the proper guide and details on the queries raised by you. So that an engineer even can check exact what details you need and gather and provide it to you.
