Default IPO 500 - Display Name

Hello people, i would like to know where do we need to put the name of the company that we are Sending to the Outgoing Calls. I've looked and looked into the Manager and it doesn't seems to be easy to found.

Please note that this will only work if you are connected to a Nortel class 5 switch (like a DMS100) it is not supported on a Lucent 5ESS switch. You will have to check with your PRI provider to make sure this is the case and they support allowing us to change the Calling Party Name. In the ARS short code you can add the Z character to the telephone number field. Leave the N and add Z and the name you want sent out in quotes.


Z - Calling Party Name (Release 6.0+)
This option can be used with trunks that support the sending of name information. The Z character should be followed by the name enclosed in " " quotation marks. Note that their may be name length restrictions that vary between line providers. The changing of name information on calls being forwarded or twinned may also not be supported by the line provider.
